Leandro Lorenco
Sensei Leandro Lorenco was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and has been teaching Jiu-Jitsu since 2006. He holds a 3rd dan black belt (IBJJF & FPJJ) under the Masters Danny and Robert Abu. He is also a Judo 2nd dan black belt (USA Judo & USJA) and 3x Judo National Champion (2014, 2017 & 2019). He was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame as Black Belt of the Year (2015) and Distinguished Instructor (2020).
In 2019 he released his first book, "Martial Arts Instructorship: the student-to-teacher transition" available on Amazon.com. As an author, he has published several scientific research available on his ResearchGate profile.

Thaisa Monteiro
Thai was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and moved to Las Vegas in 2012. She’s an ITF Taekwon-do 1st degree black belt with many titles, including a South American Championship, 3 National Championships, and 8 State Championships. Thai is also a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a red/light blue belt in Muay Thai.
In 2019 she ventured into production for TV, working on three different documentary series in a partnership between UFC Brazil and Combate Channel, "Evolution of Combat" and "Born to Fight" from Mixer Films and "As Grandes Rivalidades do MMA" from Ciranda Filmes.
Her other interests are acting and real estate investing.

Michael Costa
Originally from Brazil, Michael resides in Las Vegas since 2010. An athlete throughout his life, Michael has trained alongside Wanderlei in the legendary Chute Boxe Academy, along with such experienced fighters as Anderson "Spider" Silva, Mauricio "Shogun" Rua and Fabricio Werdum. He’s had the ability to learn with great champions and has acquired valuable experience from them. Learning and receiving his black belt in Muay Thai under the tutelage of Rafael Cordeiro, considered one of the best trainers and creators of champions in the world. Michael is also a Jiu-Jitsu black belt, receiving his instruction at Gracie Humaita Academy under Grand Master Royler Gracie. With 16 professional MMA bouts, he has competed in events such as Storm, Shooto, Sengoku Japan, Pancrase, and Art of War in China. Coach Michael was part of 4 "The Ultimate Fighter" shows as the Muay Thai Coach, including Team Edgar, Team Silva, Team Werdum and Team Shogun.

Josh Quinlan
Josh Quinlan was born and raised on the island of Kauai. In his eyes, the most rewarding thing about training martial arts is seeing your level increase and sharing the knowledge acquired with others. He will continue to compete to test his skill and represent Milestone Martial Arts. He holds a Jiu-Jitsu black belt and a Muay Thai black belt.

Originally from California, Ali Zachary started his Jiu-Jitsu career later in life. At 40 years old, he found his passion in Jiu-Jitsu competitions. He is currently a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Marco Simmons was born in California but raised in Las Vegas since he was 3 years old. Marco played football in high school and did some wrestling tournaments as well. He started his mixed martial arts career at 19 years of age after watching UFC fights and falling in love with the sport. Marco is a brown belt in Jiu-Jitsu and a dark blue/black belt in Muay Thai.
